How To Create A Static Blog With Strapi As Your CMS

ZakaApp is an app that will enable people to use their collective power to put monies together towards a common goal, be it private or public crowd funding and enables seamless peer to peer payments. 

### 3 main key points 
- The key concepts of the ZakaApp is simplicity and transparency.
- Giving the user the flexibility to easily transfer money to anyone on the app and that person to receive that money instantly, with the hope of replacing cash, worth a try 😜
- Be able to crowd fund and get to see how much money has been crowd funded and who has contributed.

#### Simplicity and transparency
I plan to use payment handles called Zaka IDs to enable ease of finding the person/entity you intend to pay, similar to how you find people on Twitter or Instagram.
The app has two types of crowd funding, Personal and Public Crowd funding. In private funding you should be able to see how much each member has donated and no member on that group crowd funding should be the sole custodian of the funds, therefore no one in the group should be able to runaway with the cash, which is what mostly happens when a group of people come together and try to raise funds. 

In public funds A.K.A crowd funding , I want to give the stakeholders, the public, the visibility into firstly who donated money into the fund and the total amount that was donated into fund. Later iterations of the app the public should be able to see how those public funds are disbursed.

One exciting use case for private funds is that it will give people who potentially don't know each other but share a common goal for example to school fund raisers, pull money together as a community to solve issues that concerns the whole community, or group of friends coming together and using their collective financial power to start a business.

#### Instant payments
Being able to securely transfer money to another person easily and instantly, has the potential to replace cash and there are lots of applications, like creating an escrow service, informal trader don't have to be always carrying cash or any device to receive funds therefore reducing the need for cash.

### My Goals and aspirations for this app
My goals and aspirations for this app, is for it to become the ubiquitous way that people do peer to peer transfers/payments in the same way that WhatsApp is the ubiquitous chatting platform. 
The goal for the crowd funding platform is to create a trusted platform, that will give the funder the peace of mind that the money they are donating will go to its intended destination and therefore combined with its ease of transacting money and trust , this will enable the platform to draw larger sums of money when compared to other crowd funding platforms. hopefully...
And its an interesting engineering exercise 😀

### Why the name Zaka
The name Zaka is slang word mostly used in South Africa, it means money.
